  • Do you offer both in-person and virtual training?
    Yes, we offer both in-person training located near downtown Acworth and virtual training services.
  • What certifications do you hold for your services?
    Our owner has certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, wellness services, and holds a CPR/AED certification. They are also currently working on a 200-hour yoga certification. Additionally, they have experience teaching classes at Crunch Fitness and working as a nutrition coach for Eat To Perform for over 100 clients.
  • How long are the coaching sessions at Fiercely Resilient valid for once purchased?
    At Fiercely Resilient, our nutrition coaching sessions are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, therefore, we are flexible and can extend the validity on a case-by-case basis if needed. This flexibility ensures that you have ample time to benefit from our personalized nutrition and fitness solutions that empower your strength and resilience.
  • Can I build my own bundle of services?

Hi there! I’m Christy Bernhard, founder and head coach, and I’m thrilled to be part of your fitness journey!

 

I began my fitness journey a long time ago, but like many others, 2020 took a toll on me, and I found myself at an all-time high weight of 220 pounds. I felt uncomfortable, unhealthy, and just not myself. I knew I needed a change, so I started making small adjustments to my diet, shedding some weight, and eventually found my way back to fitness classes, rediscovering my love for exercise. As I got back into it, I began focusing on fueling my body the right way to perform and grow stronger.

 

Fast forward four years, and here I am—at 148 pounds and 18% body fat—teaching group fitness and training clients in both fitness and nutrition. My goal is to empower you, help you realize how strong, fierce, and resilient you are. Together, we can rebuild your strength, and as we work, you’ll discover that you can feel younger, even as you age. Contact me today to get your groove, strength, and confidence back!
