MY STORY

My Story: From Struggle To Strength

For years, I lived in a cycle of highs and lows—pushing myself in fitness, only to burn out… trying diet after diet, only to feel defeated. In 2020, I reached my highest weight I felt sluggish, uncomfortable, and disconnected from my body. I knew something had to change—but not through quick fixes or extreme restrictions.
Instead, I focused on balance. Small, sustainable changes. Understanding my body's needs. Fueling, not depriving. Training with intention, not punishment. Over time, I rebuilt my strength, my confidence, and my energy. I rediscovered homeostasis—the state where my body and mind felt truly aligned.
